About the studio

Our studio is a quick walk from Melrose place in the heart of West Hollywood surrounded by some of the best fashion brands, like A.P.C, Isabel Marant, Marc Jacobs + Paul Smith and the greatest coffee place Alfred’s. This community feel continues into our boutique studio which has a fresh, modern industrial twist on a dance studio. Once entering our beautiful boutique studio, you will have the access to the amazing workouts including Xtend Barre, Xtend Barre Stick Fusion, Pilates , Yoga, Xtend Technique, Xtend Roll and Release and Xtend Privé.

Before Your First Class…

New clients must fill out their liability waiver form before their first class. Grippy socks are required. Feel free to bring your own or buy a pair from us. Don’t be late. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we can’t let you into the class. No mobile phones permitted in the studio. Please inform your instructor if you are pre/post-natal or have any pre-existing medical conditions. If you need to cancel your reservation, please note your studio’s cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged a late fee. You may cancel online or by using the Xtend Barre app. Email and phone cancellations are not accepted.

Meet our instructors

Samantha Rabon

Originally from Cape town, Sam grew up in Sydney, Australia and went on to spend 12 years in Paris as a professional dancer at the Moulin Rouge. After starting a family she began her journey of health and fitness and became certified in Pilates, Xtend Barre +TRX. Sam is known for her unique style with attention to detail. She teaches a killer cardio class that is never the same twice all fused together with delicious beats to keep your body on point.  I can’t live without my family, good coffee, and French vogue.  “Trust the timing of your life” is my daily go to.

Brooke Pascoe

Coming from Sydney, Australia, Brooke had a professional dancing career, including the Moulin Rouge in Paris before joining the fitness industry with Xtend Barre. Brooke loves to create a positive and fun approach to her classes, whilst also working the clients to their full potential. Her favorite move is the plank for an amazing core workout!

Annmaree Lindfors

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Annmaree packed her bags up in 2012 and relocated to the City of Angels. She is a professional dancer, loves the beach, fashion, food & coffee. Her ultimate dream is to be on a world tour with Beyoncé. Annmaree is extremely passionate about Xtend and wants nothing but the best for her clients. Come Xtend your limits with her in LA.

Shane Collard

Born in Perth, Western Australia Shane is an energetic Dancer/Instructor that is sought after around the globe.

He has danced for Mel C, Victoria Beckham, Daft Punk, Pharrel, was a soloist dancer at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance and has been featured in VOGUE magazine. Shane teaches a high intensity class, and looks forward to getting you into your best dancer’s body shape.

Amber Rabbani

Amber is a BASI certified Pilates instructor who works with clients to build power, precision, and physique. While studying at Loyola Marymount University, she started training directly under Rael Isowitz, the founder of BASI Pilates. Amber fell in love with helping others achieve their goals. Through one-on-one lessons and group classes, she has helped rehabilitate and transform the bodies of hundreds of clients. She teaches clients kinetic intelligence while building balanced strength.

Renee Ritchie

Born and raised in Tasmania, Australia, Renee is a professional dancer from Sydney who has danced with many top artists. She was also one of the Top 12 on SYTYCD Australia season 3. Renee will push you past your limits so you feel change in your body, in your work ethics and in your lifestyle. Change your mind, change your body, change your life. One of my favorite sayings, “live to love and love to live.”

Shelly Cameron

Shelly’s gonna make you sweat like a world-class ballerina and shape your booty like Michelangelo as she sculpts your body to its most beautiful form. From humble Sydney, Australian roots, and with an advanced degree in Classical Ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance, Shelly will work you hard in class! “I’ll give you that extra motivation you might need, great music, and get you sweating, smiling and loving it!”

Caitlin Gold

Originally from Virginia, Caitlin was a competitive gymnast before turning to dance. She trained at the Center Dance Company and the North Carolina School of the Arts in ballet, modern, and jazz. Her classes focus on providing you with a full-body workout that evenly tones every inch of your body, from your “nose to your toes”. Her favorite exercise is the Xtend Barre C-Curve Hold and she loves her dog, Piper.

Rebecca Cychner

Rebecca is a Rancho Cucamonga native and has danced ballet professionally since 2008. Her serious study of ballet in the Inland Empire and around the country has led to her interest in overall health, fitness, and well-being. She found Xtend Barre and instantly fell in love with the combination of her two passions, ballet and fitness! She is excited to help clients achieve their fitness goals with this high cardio, low impact workout.


Raised in Los Angeles, California, Art has training in Gymnastics, Dance and Circus Art. Yoga is a constant that allows him and his students to practice awareness and alignment that can be carried over to all forms of movement. The practice of Yoga is to consistently check-into oneself in order to move with strength and grace.

Art is an advocate of Yoga being a personal practice that is different for every respective student. His class is designed to make the individual feel comfortable in his/her own body and to progress at one’s own pace.
