Xtend Barre Franklin is a stylish spacious studio featuring a contemporary raw design with beautiful natural light.

Our studio is conveniently located in the Franklin/Brentwood corridor, on the SW corner of Franklin Rd. & Moores Ln. nestled in Camden Commons behind Sopapillas

Before Your First Class…

New clients must fill out their liability waiver form before their first class. Grippy socks are required. Feel free to bring your own or buy a pair from us. Don’t be late. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we can’t let you into the class. No mobile phones permitted in the studio. Please inform your instructor if you are pre/post-natal or have any pre-existing medical conditions. If you need to cancel your reservation, please note your studio’s cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged a late fee. You may cancel online or by using the Xtend Barre app. Email and phone cancellations are not accepted.

When the opportunity arose to own my own Xtend Barre studio, I jumped at the chance.
Being able to share my passion for fitness through the world’s best and most effective Barre workout brings joy to my life & to our clients. When our clients walk in, they immediately feel like part of the Xtend Barre family whether it is their first or fiftieth class. They leave the studio feeling energized, inspired & confident they received a fabulous workout. Xtend Barre Franklin is a beautiful environment where we support & encourage one another to work hard and achieve greatness within ourselves.

Meet our instructors

Kristie Naes

A former runway & swimsuit model, Kristie was always in top physical shape. After a car accident left her with permanent back damage, she searched for years to find a fitness routine that produced great results without further back strain. A native of Canada, Kristie moved to the Nashville area in early 2013 & discovered Xtend Barre. With the upbeat music, low impact cardio & ever changing routines, Kristie was hooked. Kristie decided to become an instructor, and not long after that, a studio owner to help others achieve their own fitness goals through this fabulous workout. Kristie takes pride in seeing the results in her clients & the smiling faces that go along with it.

Bambi Watt

Bambi became a certified Xtend instructor and introduced Xtend Barre to Willow Pilates Studio in 2010. After witnessing Xtend Barre’s amazing workout and its immediate results, she opened Xtend Barre Nashville. With a strong passion for helping others, she loves to encourage her students to have fun and work hard. Her greatest joy comes from watching people grow to realize the true potential they have within themselves. “Pulse,” “Squeeze,” “Hold,” “Get lower,” and “Reach further” are common terms you will hear from Bambi at the barre!

Amanda Roberts

Amanda first discovered Xtend Barre Nashville shortly after it opened in 2011 and, having been a dancer from childhood, was instantly captivated by its combination of dance and Pilates…she will tell you it is the only workout she has ever truly stuck with!  After spending a year as a student, Amanda decided to follow her passion for teaching to become an instructor.

Emily Schneider

Emily is a former journalist with ABC News who holds a BA in Dance from the University of Maryland. She is certified through Power Pilates, All-American Pilates, Stroller Strides, and was one of Xtend Barre Workout’s original instructors.  Emily’s attention to detail and form as well as her extensive background in dance, kinesiology, anatomy and Laban Movement Analysis help Emily motivate and empower her students.

Emily Dale

Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Emily loves what Xtend Barre has done for her. After over 10 years of playing soccer she has found her true love, Xtend! She loves nothing more than watching clients transform their bodies, reach their personal goals, and fall in love with Xtend Barre. Her favorite thing to teach and practice is Ballet Cardio at the barre. She even makes her husband practice it with her at home!

Heather Holloway

Heather loves how Xtend blends her passion for dance and Pilates. She hates sitting still unless it is to write. When she is not teaching or on the go she is working on a book or blogging. Heather is known for her killer arm series, awesome music mixes and helpful corrections. Heather believes that movement is power and is enthusiastic about helping people empower themselves through movement.

Mindy Sontag

In 2011, Mindy discovered Xtend Barre and was instantly hooked! From the age of 6 she danced: ballet, modern, jazz and tap. Later she enjoyed weight training, boxing and group fitness classes. She was a little over 50 when she tried Xtend, and she knew she’d found the perfect combination of dance and fitness to help her stay lean and toned at this stage of her life. Mindy’s passion about her empty nest career shines in her classes

Jenni Bedell

Raised in Nashville, Jenni’s Xtend Barre journey began while searching for a fitness routine that would help her attain a long, lean physique following the birth of her second child. After months of taking classes, her love for barre and the positive, encouraging environment in the studio prompted her transition from student to instructor.  Jenni believes that strong is beautiful and is thrilled to coach others towards achieving their goals.

Jaclyn Power

Jaclyn was a runner looking to improve her overall physical fitness, when she began practicing Xtend Barre in 2013. Not only did her endurance, balance, and strength improve dramatically, she received the added bonus of weight loss as well as improved muscle tone and flexibility! Jaclyn experienced firsthand, the ability of Xtend Barre to help her overall health and improve the quality of life. She is so excited to share her passion for Xtend with others.

Aidan Watt

Aidan Watt loves adventure! Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Aidan is the son of Xtend Barre Nashville owner, Bambi Watt. No stranger   to the spotlight, Aidan has performed in numerous theater productions as well as stand-up comedy, dance, and improv at the University School of   Nashville. As a senior in High School Aidan prepares to attend Film School in the Fall. In the meantime, he chases his next adventure and challenge: fitness! Aidan can’t wait to teach you how to chisel your bod à la Xtend!

Rebecca Sosman

Rebecca has been in motion for as long as she’s been alive and has spent much of her life exploring new ways to do so. At three years old, she was introduced to dance training and has since dedicated her life to it. As a senior in high school at the University School of Nashville, Rebecca prepares for college in the fall where she will further explore her passion for Dance. Rebecca is excited to be a member of the Xtend Barre team and can’t wait to teach your class!

Lindsey Jett

With no dance background, Lindsey was apprehensive to try Xtend Barre. However, she was instantly addicted to the mind and body challenge!  Her love for the method, as well as the amazing results Lindsey experienced, led her to become an instructor herself.  Lindsey looks forward to sharing her passion with clients.  She is thrilled to join the Xtend Barre Nashville team and looks forward to meeting you at the barre!
