Before Your First Class…

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a short waiver and to take a look around the studio. Wear clothes that allow you to bend and move freely in and that you don’t mind getting a bit sweaty. You’ll definitely want a pair of grippy socks, which you can purchase online or at the studio.

Meet our instructors

Brianna Armstrong

A lifetime athlete with a passion for fitness and health, Brianna loves challenging and leading others in the best full body workout of Xtend Barre. Originally from Seattle, WA, Brianna is also a BASI Pilates instructor, AFAA group fitness instructor, played Division 1 college softball, and competed in triathlons and other endurance sports. Soon-to-be Mom of a baby girl in Dec 2014, Brianna’s classes will make you sweat, make your muscles burn, and have you feeling better than before you walked in.

Nicole Hill

Nicole is a former Artistic Director, as well as a soloist national champion, competitive dance instructor for over 16 years and most recently a licensed Zumba instructor.   Nicole, as a scholarship recipient, attended The University of Michigan majoring in dance. Along with her professional credits as a dancer, she was a professional model in print and film and currently works full time in Global Marketing at Oakley.

Sarah B.

Sarah grew up dancing in Scottsdale, Arizona where she competed extensively in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop and modern.  Sarah continued dancing and choreographing in college for the University of Notre Dame’s Dance Company. Her desire for a more gratifying workout, that highlighted core dance technique, led to her partaking and becoming certified to teach Xtend Barre. Sarah is excited to share her passion for dance through interweaving ballet technique and Xtend Barre methodology to create a challenging and rewarding workout experience.
