In 2014 she traveled abroad to film as a student in online barre and yoga classes.  In addition to Xtend Barre she also enjoys musical theatre, Disneyland, music, hockey (Go Kings Go!), and her two doxies Dexter and Daisy. Brooke Bowdry

Brooke grew up in Glendora and has been dancing and singing since she was 3 years old. She has studied traditional dance (tap, ballet, pointe, jazz and tumbling) as well as hip hop and character.

At the age of 4 Brooke started doing talent and pageant competitions; where she was recognized by a photographer as having a natural ability in front of the camera. He encouraged her parents to get an agent, which they did. Brooke then began modeling and acting, doing considerable amounts of work for Mattel. At the age of 8 Brooke wanted to audition for a singing and dancing performing group. Due to the time commitment required, she had to make a choice between modeling and performing. She chose performing and from then, until her late teens she studied performing arts and musical theatre.

Brooke was cast as Sandy in Grease, the Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz and supporting roles in West Side Story, Oliver, Oklahoma, Cinderella, Ragtime, and others. During this same time she was also involved with cheer and song leading at her high school. Brooke just loved to perform. Then, shortly after high school graduation, she injured her knee. She would take a break and then go back to dance, only to injure it again.

Not being able to dance and perform, not being able to enjoy her passion, Brooke was depressed and began to gain weight. She would try gyms, aerobics and circuit training…only to cause stress on her knee once again….all the while gaining more weight. Then a good friend and professional dancer told her about Xtend Barre. The low impact combination of dance, ballet and Pilates has given Brooke back her confidence and joy of moving to music. She has found a new passion and it is Xtend Barre. Brooke went from taking the Xtend Barre classes to teaching them. She wants to help and encourage people to enjoy movement while getting healthy and fit.

Stephanie Brazier

Stephanie grew up playing sports and living a healthy lifestyle in Seattle, WA. She discovered barre classes in 2009 while looking for a new workout that would challenge her both physically and mentally. After her first week of classes and seeing almost immediate results, she sought to become an instructor.
In 2014, she found Xtend Barre when she moved to LA and thought this was her chance! She loves that no two Xtend Barre classes are ever the same and that there is a class for everyone, no matter what your level is!

In 2016, she came across hot yoga again when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga had been her first love and she is now certified in Yoga Sculpt.  She had always said that one day she would fuse the two together into a fun new class!  An avid believer that everything happens for a reason, she is thrilled to have found what she realized she was always searching for!
She is working on getting her 200 hour yoga certification so that one day she can continue to grow in her practice.

In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends,  watching football, practicing barre and yoga, music, the outdoors, and traveling. She’s Xcited to share her passion of Xtend Barre with her students and to help them become stronger in all elements of their lives, just as it has done for her!
