We are the only stand alone Xtend Barre studio on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and pride ourselves on offering you an amazing workout in the beautiful surrounds of our brand new studio. At Xtend Barre Manly, we are proud to offer the hottest workouts on the beaches including Xtend Barre, Xtend Barre Stick, Xtend Barre Stick Fusion, Xtend Barre Circuit 7 and our special 75 Minute Xtend Barrecamps and Meditation Workshops throughout the year. At Xtend Barre Manly, our clients don’t come to our classes because they have to, they come because they LOVE the benefits of working out in a small class environment where the instructors make them feel like they’re the only person in the room, without the cost of one-on-one training.
Our classes are multi-level, safe, fun, effective and anyone can join!

New clients must fill out their liability waiver form before their first class. Grippy socks are required. Feel free to bring your own or buy a pair from us. Don’t be late. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we can’t let you into the class. No mobile phones permitted in the studio. Please inform your instructor if you are pre/post-natal or have any pre-existing medical conditions. If you need to cancel your reservation, please note your studio’s cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged a late fee. You may cancel online or by using the Xtend Barre app. Email and phone cancellations are not accepted.

Passionate about fitness and training, Adam Nable is a former professional athlete with a successful career playing first grade Rugby League both in Sydney and overseas. After retiring from football Adam spent 6 years in New York working in the finance sector before returning to Sydney with his wife, Liz, and young family and to his one true passion, health and fitness.
A fully qualified personal trainer, Adam is an expert in the latest Kinesis resistance training from Technogym, known as FHIIT Camp classes in our Mosman studio. Adam is also the creator of Xtend Barre’s newest workout, aimed at getting more men to the barre, Xtend Barre Circuit 7.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Media, Elizabeth embarked on a media and journalism career working as a producer and presenter for in TV News, including 6 years in the news capital of the world, New York City.
It was while she was living in New York that Liz discovered the barre workout. ‘I took two to three classes a week and had never been in better shape! I loved it because no matter how many times I went, the class was always a challenging workout and could be modified to suit any level of fitness – from beginner to advanced.’
After returning to Sydney with her husband, Adam and young children, she was keen to spread the word about this amazing fusion of dance and Pilates. Xtend Barre is the premier ballet barre workout in the US and Liz was delighted to be able to establish her first studio in Mosman – her childhood home for more than 30 years, and later a second studio in Manly, where she now resides.
Semral was a self-confessed “traditional gym” lover when she first discovered Xtend Barre. So, she was pleasantly surprised when, after just a few Xtend Barre classes, she saw huge improvements in her strength training, flexibility, stability and core strength and realised she had found a new love, while nurturing her inner “wannabe” dancer! Semral’s aim is to share the benefits of Xtend Barre and encourage clients to constantly push their limits to achieve their fitness goals while making exercise fun again!
Yvette is a dancer/performer/certified personal trainer with a degree in dance and theatre. Her passion as a dancer has continued in her fitness career and she is now a sought after instructor in Pilates and Yoga, having taught both overseas and around Australia. Yvette has a Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and is a certified Mat and Equipment Pilates Instructor. Her energy and enthusiasm for fitness is evident in all her classes at both Xtend Barre Mosman & Manly.
Adelaide grew up dancing on Sydney’s northern beaches and hasn’t stopped. She has performed as a professional cabaret and contemporary dancer and choreographer throughout Australia, Europe and Asia, for the past 10 years. Overseas highlights include the Moulin Rouge in Paris for 3 years, and she is currently performing on Sydney Showboats as dance captain.
Adelaide has also trained in Stott Mat Pilates, is a Level 1 Sports Trainer, and is studying to become a Physiotherapist.
Ashley fell in love with ballet at the age of 3 and continued dancing full-time until she was 18. Fitness has always been a big part of Ashley’s life and she is a qualified personal trainer specializing in Group Fitness.
In her first Xtend Barre class, Ashley felt like she was in her element with her two loves of ballet and fitness fused into one. She loves the amazing full body workout that challenges all fitness levels.
Sarah has devoted her entire working life to sports education and has more than a decade of experience as a PDHPE teacher.
Her strengths in mentoring and education combined with her focus on staying at the forefront of the fitness industry have encouraged Sarah to embark on a career with Xtend Barre – combining her love of fitness, dance and gymnastics.
Sarah holds a Bachelor Degree in Education and Physical Education.
Emma has been involved in Dance and Fitness from an early age. Growing up in Perth, Western Australia she has performed professionally on TV and live theatre. Emma graduated from University of Western Australia with a BSc and Dip Ed and taught at High Schools in WA and Victoria majoring in Dance Studies, PE and Human Biology. Now residing in Sydney, Emma first tried Xtend Barre in 2012 and was instantly hooked.
Shelley discovered at an early age how movement and music can re-energise both body and soul.
Growing up in New Zealand, Shelley took every opportunity to ‘get physical’ through participation in team sports and performance through her many years of jazz, ballet and dance.
A previously dedicated gym junkie, Shelley found her ultimate physical workout when she first tried Xtend Barre in 2014. Shelley loves the physical challenge of the workout and the motivation that the music provides to support the achievement of fitness goals.
Working as an Xtend Barre instructor allows Shelley to keep her body and soul balanced with the business of her life as a make-up artist.
She is keen to share her passion and motivation for Xtend Barre with you.
Coraline grew up in Tahiti spending all of her free time at her local dance studio dreaming of the day she would open her own ballet school and share her passion for dance with others. At age 17, she moved to Australia to pursue her studies and soon discovered Xtend Barre, and quickly fell in love. The intensive work out sculpts strong ballerina bodies and a gorgeous dancer’s physique and now Coco has a new passion to share!
Jacklyn has trained in all facets of dance from a very early age. She has enjoyed performing in Musical Theatre, Film and on TV as a dancer/acrobat both in Australia and overseas. Her professional highlights include Baz Lurhman’s “Moulin Rouge”, Happy Feet 1 & 2 and most recently “The Great Gatsby”. Jaclyn was introduced to the healing qualities of Pilates & Xtend Barre through the physical demands of being a professional dancer. Jaclyn also holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Amy started dancing at the tender age of 3 and continued performing arts right throughout her school years with a ballet scholarship at SCECGS Redlands and, finally graduating from Brent Street Performing Arts in 2006. From her dancing and performing career, Amy eventually moved into acting and presenting and continues to be active in this industry.
Amy discovered Xtend Barre 4years ago and instantly fell in love. The full body work out was like nothing she had ever experienced and so close to her dancing roots, it was a natural step to move into teaching it!
Amy loves witnessing the amazing results this full-body workout brings her clients everyday.
