Having loved and tried the many barre methods offered in NYC, she quickly found Xtend Barre and instantly was hooked. Tiffany loves the strength, flexibility, and challenge Xtend Barre gives her, but she mostly loves connecting with the amazing clients and instructors that Xtend Barre draws in. Her zeal as an instructor is to not only help people achieve their ideal health and fitness goals, but is also to encourage, inspire, and motivate them to love life and enjoy themselves.

After graduating, Beth completed instructor training here in Sydney and knew instantly she had to move here. Now enjoying her new life away from Adelaide, Beth can’t wait to share her passion and love for everything Xtend Barre has to offer!
