At this time www.xtendbarre.com does not offer an exchange policy. We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
We do not accept any returns. Items are only able to be replaced if they are damaged or an incorrect item is received. For any damaged or incorrect items please email Emily@xtendstudios.com with your order information on the items you wish to return with a brief explanation. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused. We must be notified within one week of receipt to do an exchange.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
