Xtend Barre Burlington is a state of the art boutique fitness studio. We are located at 3rd Ave Shopping Development which offers unique shops, distinctive restaurants and the regions only Wegmans! 3rd Ave is located where Rt 128 and Rt 3 meet in the heart of the action, adjacent to the Burlington Mall.
Our studio is on the left side of the development with ample parking near James Joseph Salon, LunchboxWax and Kings.
We offer over 30 classes a week including our Signature Barre Class, Xtend Suspend, Xtend Stick and Circuit 7. We look forward to welcoming you to our "Xtend Family." Meet you at the barre.
Xtend Burlington owner, Denise Eyes, was an inaugural client since the studio opened in 2015. Denise is very excited as the new owner to utilize her extensive background in corporate marketing coupled with her passion and belief in the Xtend brand to make a difference with both our clients and the surrounding community. You can see Denise daily taken class right along with you!
Barbara (also was an inaugural client) is honored to be a part of someone’s fitness journey. She loves being able to help inspire people to become better versions of themselves, and enjoy motivating her clients so they can experience a transformative workout. My objective is to help others build and challenge their inner strength, balance and core, so that they leave the class feeling energized, confident and poised.
Leanne began dancing at a young age and continued her passion for dance teaching and choreographing for many schools throughout New England. After she tried her first XTEND class she was thrilled to find a barre workout that’s truly body transforming and incorporates the elements and principals of dance. Leanne is happy to be part of the XTEND community and is excited to support and motivate her fellow XTENDers!
Chantal is a previous professional contemporary dancer and currently a lead choreographer and dance educator for companies and schools in the Boston area. After her career as a dancer, she became a true fitness addict and found Xtend to be the perfect marriage of dance and fitness. She loves to bring the energy and fun to barre and can’t wait to meet you there!
Erica began dancing at a young age and continued on through college. After graduating, she ventured into the world of dance fitness as a way to keep dance in her life as well as get a good workout! Xtend Barre proved to be the perfect combination of dance, strength training, and cardio and she instantly fell in love. Erica is so thrilled to join the team and bring her love of dance and fitness to the Xtend Barre Burlington classes!
Kristin spent her childhood on the stage through dance and through theater performances. In college, she kept active on a dance team as a member and choreographer at Penn State University. In her adult life, she likes to stay in shape but was having trouble staying committed to a workout routine…until she found Xtend barre! Now she couldn’t imagine a more perfect workout to keep her active and healthy throughout her pregnancy. Kristin is a full time second grade teacher and an expecting new mom. She believes barre is the most accommodating workout for anyone! Kristin is beyond thrilled to join the XBB team as an instructor!
Catherine’s passion for dance started at a very young age. She grew up dancing competitively at her local studio in Burlington, training in a variety of different styles such as jazz, tap, lyrical, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. She has been active her entire life, so as her dance career came to an end in college, she struggled to find an effective yet enjoyable workout. As soon as she tried out Xtend Barre, she was hooked! Within her first few weeks of taking class, she started seeing the results both physically and mentally. After getting so much out of the workouts herself, Catherine wanted to turn that passion around and help others achieve their goals. When she is not at Xtend taking or teaching class, Catherine can also be found working in the finance department at iBASIS as an analyst. She can’t wait to meet you at the barre!
Brenna has always had a passion for movement, having been a dancer since the age of three. She majored in dance her first two years of college and began teaching dance in 2008.
Brenna found Vinyasa yoga in 2015 while searching for natural ways to help reduce anxiety and fell completely in love with the practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training under Julie Wetherbee at One Powered Yoga in 2019. Her goal is for students to leave her class feeling centered and rejuvenated (and occasionally a little sweaty!). She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her passions with Xtend Barre!
Raoufa is a certified yoga and pilates instructor who has over 20 years of experience in guiding clients through their fitness journey. As someone who is passionate about dance and fitness, she worked as a professional dancer right after college and went on to add certifications in pilates, yoga , TRX and personal training in addition to many other fitness disciplines. Her teaching philosophy combines her extensive knowledge in body mechanics and years of experience working with clients with different fitness levels and medical considerations.
She is excited to join Xtend Barre and work with clients to help them transform their bodies and achieve their full potential.
