Xtend Barre Burlington is a state of the art boutique fitness studio. We are located at 3rd Ave Shopping Development which offers unique shops, distinctive restaurants and the regions only Wegmans! 3rd Ave is located where Rt 128 and Rt 3 meet in the heart of the action, adjacent to the Burlington Mall.
Our studio is on the left side of the development with ample parking near James Joseph Salon, LunchboxWax and Kings.
We offer over 30 classes a week including our Signature Barre Class, Xtend Suspend, Xtend Stick and Circuit 7. We look forward to welcoming you to our "Xtend Family." Meet you at the barre.
Xtend Burlington owner, Denise Eyes, was an inaugural client since the studio opened in 2015. Denise is very excited as the new owner to utilize her extensive background in corporate marketing coupled with her passion and belief in the Xtend brand to make a difference with both our clients and the surrounding community. You can see Denise daily taken class right along with you!
Barbara (also was an inaugural client) is honored to be a part of someone’s fitness journey. She loves being able to help inspire people to become better versions of themselves, and enjoy motivating her clients so they can experience a transformative workout. My objective is to help others build and challenge their inner strength, balance and core, so that they leave the class feeling energized, confident and poised.
Jess is a professional ballet dancer turned Health Coach with a major passion for barre. She studied dance at Butler University and danced with the Louisville Ballet. Jess fell in love with Xtend Barre after her very first class and knew she wanted to be an instructor. She is thrilled to be in a position where she is promoting health and fitness at Xtend Barre Burlington
Renee is from Boston, Massachusetts where her extensive dance experience began. Before joining Xtend Barre, Renee lived in Los Angeles and managed her two passions in life. First dancing professionally for Disneyland Resorts and Parks and also teaching Cardio Barre Classes. Prior to receiving her BFA in Dance at Arizona State University, Herberger School of Fine Arts, she danced the highest level Company Performer for Boston Youth Moves where she studied ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, musical theatre, repertory and voice. She also attended Boston Conservatory Summer Intensive program and Paul Taylor Company Intensive in NYC.
Christina found her love for dance and fitness while on her own weight loss journey. She fell in love with barre workouts when she saw how they transformed her body and saw how Xtend combined fitness with dance so perfectly. She is excited to share her passion with others on their own life journey.
Chantal is a previous professional contemporary dancer and currently a lead choreographer and dance educator for companies and schools in the Boston area. After her career as a dancer, she became a true fitness addict and found Xtend to be the perfect marriage of dance and fitness. She loves to bring the energy and fun to barre and can’t wait to meet you there!
Alyson began dancing at the age of two, training and competing in many styles including modern, jazz, and tap. After college, she came across fewer opportunities to continue dance performance and instead began taking barre classes. Discovering Xtend gave Alyson the chance to incorporate dance into a workout, which was exactly what she needed, and she can’t wait to share her enthusiasm with Xtend Barre Burlington!
Kristin began dancing competitively at a young age and continued on as a Jazz and Contemporary dancer through college in Boston. After graduating she began sharing her love to choreograph by Teaching at various dance studios and college campuses across New England. Following the birth of her son, she struggled to find a workout that was both exciting and effective. Xtend Barre proved to be the perfect fusion of dance fundamentals and cardio training that delivered results , she was instantly hooked. Kristin couldn’t be more excited to have the opportunity to bring her passion and energy to the Xtend Barre Burlington studio!
Erica began dancing at a young age and continued on through college. After graduating, she ventured into the world of dance fitness as a way to keep dance in her life as well as get a good workout! Xtend Barre proved to be the perfect combination of dance, strength training, and cardio and she instantly fell in love. Erica is so thrilled to join the team and bring her love of dance and fitness to the Xtend Barre Burlington classes!
Lauren began to dance at a very young age and danced competitively in styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and lyrical until she graduated high school. When she went off to college, she joined the dance team and spent her last year as captain. In college, she decided to commit to a very health conscious and physically fit lifestyle. She enjoyed the gym but she still was seeking an effective workout that incorporated some of her dance training because a workout like that would be better suited to her and more enjoyable. When she was a junior in college she discovered Xtend and it changed her life. It combined all of the things she loved into one 55 minute workout. After one class she was hooked and took class every time she was on break from school. Now that she is graduated, she returns to her former dance studio to choreograph and teach but becoming an instructor for Xtend was something that she pictured herself doing after her first class. She decided to pursue this amazing opportunity because fitness and dance are things that Lauren feels very passionate about and looks forward to sharing her love of it with others.
Growing up dancing has always been Stephanie’s passion. After 15 years, she continued into college and earned a degree in both nursing and dance. When she completed her programs, she continued to teach dancers of all age in the Greater Boston area and pursued her nursing career. As she grew into her healthcare career, she was having a hard time finding a fitness routine that was enjoyable and beneficial. After taking her first Xtend class, she found her true love to mix fitness and dance in a healthy and therapeutic way. The full body workout is something you don’t want to miss! Stephanie can’t wait to embark on her fitness journey with you at XBB!
Kristin spent her childhood on the stage through dance and through theater performances. In college, she kept active on a dance team as a member and choreographer at Penn State University. In her adult life, she likes to stay in shape but was having trouble staying committed to a workout routine…until she found Xtend barre! Now she couldn’t imagine a more perfect workout to keep her active and healthy throughout her pregnancy. Kristin is a full time second grade teacher and an expecting new mom. She believes barre is the most accommodating workout for anyone! Kristin is beyond thrilled to join the XBB team as an instructor!
Brenna has always had a passion for movement, having been a dancer since the age of three. She majored in dance her first two years of college and began teaching dance in 2008.
Brenna found Vinyasa yoga in 2015 while searching for natural ways to help reduce anxiety and fell completely in love with the practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training under Julie Wetherbee at One Powered Yoga in 2019. Her goal is for students to leave her class feeling centered and rejuvenated (and occasionally a little sweaty!). She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her passions with Xtend Barre!
A self proclaimed ‘wellness nerd’, Jenn’s decade plus experience began in 2007 with a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute followed by an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer’s Certification. She has worked in a variety of roles to include: yoga instructor, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, postural alignment specialist and physical therapy assistant.. As a NASM certified Correctional Exercise Specialist, Jenn’s niche is in coaching proper form in order to decrease pain and injuries and to increase optimal performance and function. In 2018 Jenn was drawn to deepen her yoga practice and spent a month living, experiencing and learning classical yoga at the foot of the Himalayan Mountains in Rishkesh, India. Trained in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Jenn draws on her diverse skills to create an experience that will leave you balanced from the inside out.
