Xtend Barre Burlington is a state of the art boutique fitness studio. We are located at 3rd Ave Shopping Development which offers unique shops, distinctive restaurants and the regions only Wegmans! 3rd Ave is located where Rt 128 and Rt 3 meet in the heart of the action, adjacent to the Burlington Mall.
Our studio is on the left side of the development with ample parking near James Joseph Salon, LunchboxWax and Kings.

Xtend Barre Burlington Owner, Christina Zichelle, jumped from her sales career in Corporate America to pursue her dreams of becoming a business owner but more importantly, changing lives. She came across Xtend in 2015 and knew she needed to be part of expanding this amazing brand to men and women across her home state. She is confident that after one class, you will be coming back for more and is looking forward to meeting each and every one of you!
Alyson began dancing at the age of two, training and competing in many styles including modern, jazz, and tap. After college, she came across fewer opportunities to continue dance performance and instead began taking barre classes. Discovering Xtend gave Alyson the chance to incorporate dance into a workout, which was exactly what she needed, and she can’t wait to share her enthusiasm with Xtend Barre Burlington!
Chantal is a previous professional contemporary dancer and currently a lead choreographer and dance educator for companies and schools in the Boston area. After her career as a dancer, she became a true fitness addict and found Xtend to be the perfect marriage of dance and fitness. She loves to bring the energy and fun to barre and can’t wait to meet you there!
Christina found her love for dance and fitness while on her own weight loss journey. She fell in love with barre workouts when she saw how they transformed her body and saw how Xtend combined fitness with dance so perfectly. She is excited to share her passion with others on their own life journey.
Jess is a professional ballet dancer turned Health Coach with a major passion for barre. She studied dance at Butler University and danced with the Louisville Ballet. Jess fell in love with Xtend Barre after her very first class and knew she wanted to be an instructor. She is thrilled to be in a position where she is promoting health and fitness at Xtend Barre Burlington
Jessica is passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same. From a young age, Jessica found a love of sports. She ran track and cross country during college and has her second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do karate. When Jessica isn’t at the barre, she spends her time running half marathons, triathlons, and hiking with her little Jack Russell rescue pup.
Kayla is passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same. She found barre while she was training for a marathon. Kayla knew she needed something to mix in with her running and barre was the answer. Her favorite part of Xtend Barre is the total body workout you receive while still having fun! Kayla is studying at Emerson College for her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. In both her speech groups and Xtend Barre classes, she enjoys turning something that is challenging into something that is fun and rewarding!
Kristin began dancing competitively at a young age and continued on as a Jazz and Contemporary dancer through college in Boston. After graduating she began sharing her love to choreograph by Teaching at various dance studios and college campuses across New England. Following the birth of her son, she struggled to find a workout that was both exciting and effective. Xtend Barre proved to be the perfect fusion of dance fundamentals and cardio training that delivered results , she was instantly hooked. Kristin couldn’t be more excited to have the opportunity to bring her passion and energy to the Xtend Barre Burlington studio!
Malia is a classically trained ballerina turned fitness fanatic. She has trained and performed in various cities including Boston and New York. After deciding to focus on a career in medicine and leave behind ballet for college, Malia began searching for a new fitness routine she could truly enjoy. From running to boxing to barre, Malia has tried numerous fitness program but instantly fell in love with the perfect fusion of dance conditioning and cardio fitness that Xtend Barre workouts offer. She can’t wait to share her passion for dance and enthusiasm for fitness for all who attend her classes!
Mary feels passionate about health and fitness and has always loved to dance. Three years ago, she became introduced to barre and immediately became obsessed with the workout and how it transformed her body (both inside and out). When she found xtend, she knew she needed to become an instructor, as it combined her favorite workout with dance. She is beyond excited to share this workout with you and challenge you to new limits on your health and fitness journey. Mary is married and has a daughter, both of whom are the loves of her life!
Renee is from Boston, Massachusetts where her extensive dance experience began. Before joining Xtend Barre, Renee lived in Los Angeles and managed her two passions in life. First dancing professionally for Disneyland Resorts and Parks and also teaching Cardio Barre Classes. Prior to receiving her BFA in Dance at Arizona State University, Herberger School of Fine Arts, she danced the highest level Company Performer for Boston Youth Moves where she studied ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, musical theatre, repertory and voice. She also attended Boston Conservatory Summer Intensive program and Paul Taylor Company Intensive in NYC.
Sara’s world revolves around health and fitness. She will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Sara needed to find something to do after retiring from cheerleading and fell in love with Xtend Barre after taking her first class. She knew that this would be the perfect addition to her gym and yoga routine and can’t wait to bring her energy into your routine!
Sara discovered barre more than five years ago, following decades of yoga and Pilates classes, and immediately fell in love. After exploring a number of different techniques, she found Xtend Barre to be the perfect combination of strength, grace, and cardio, and decided to join the Xtend team shortly after taking her first class. Sara is a marketing executive by day, and when she’s not on the road or at the barre, she’s likely either at Starbucks, or trying to keep up with her daughter’s social calendar.
