Meet our instructors

Sara Czarnota

Sara is the owner of Xtend Barre Drummoyne and a lead instructor at the studio. Since attending her first Xtend Barre class in Sydney, Australia in 2013 she was instantly a devotee and addicted. Her passion for the workout saw her become an Xtend Barre Instructor within 6 months, and further led her to her current role as studio owner.

Sara studied classical ballet under Josephine Jason & Alan Cross, and performed with the Premier State Ballet. After successfully auditioning for professional ballet schools internationally she returned home to study arts management and work professionally in the Arts and corporate sectors. For Sara, since moving away from dance as a profession, Xtend Barre is the single workout that engages muscles, develops tone, strengthens posture and enhances balance like ballet does… Plus, the workout is high energy, fun and highly rewarding!

Sara thrives on spreading her love of Xtend Barre and making everyone feel as good as she does after class! She looks forward to meeting you at the barre.
