Anna started dancing as a little girl, and competed in all kinds of dance throughout high school (ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, etc.). After hanging up her pointe shoes, she started running and taking yoga, boot camp, and Body Pump classes, trying to find something that she truly loved doing. After discovering Xtend Barre, despite sweating and struggling through her first few classes, she loved the energy and ballet movements of the class. Kate grew up in the Midwest, where she began dance at an early age. In her teen years, she picked up basketball and played it throughout college. After she graduated, she kept active trying various workouts while moving around the country with her military husband. The workout incorporated everything she loved into one class: movement, strength training, sculpting and cardio.
