Health and fitness have been apart of Stacy Johnston since a very young age. Stacy began dancing at the age of 2 and performing up until her teens years. It was during her teenage years, that the love for running developed and led her to compete 4 years XCountry at the collegiate level for The University of San Diego. This later evolved to marathons and triathlons, placing in the top 3% of her age group. In an effort to stay strong, lean and injury free, she discovered Mat Pilate’s, which was the perfect compliment to her existing fitness regimen. Stacy quickly climbed the corporate ladder within the fashion industry. However, after her 3rd child was born, she decided to leave fashion and pursue the dream of owning her own business combined with her love and passion for health and fitness. Its the combination of dance and Pilate’s that gravitated her to the Xtend Barre workout. Its the ideal workout that fuses elements of dance (cardio), pilate’s and yoga into a single workout. The belief in the workout and its philosophy is the reason for becoming a part of the Xtend Barre franchise.

Lei Lahni DiMeglio is a Pilates instructor who loves to spend time outdoors hiking, rock-climbing and snowboarding. In fact, it is because of a lower back injury sustained while snowboarding that her love for Pilates began. She experienced first hand how the mind/ body connection can deepen exercises to develop a balanced musculature and proper posture to relieve pain. With the addition of Xtend Barre classes to her personal fitness routine, Lahni experienced a significant change in her body. Quickly, Pilates and Xtend Barre classes became her favorite ways to sweat. Wanting to share what she has learned about the positive effects of movement on both the mind and body is what prompted her to seek training as an Xtend Barre instructor as well. While her passion has always been in helping others, she learned that personal growth comes from goal setting, positive coaching and taking a sincere personal interest in people. She brings these qualities along with her energetic personality to each class she teaches.
