Beth discovered the wonders of Xtend Barre in Adelaide while studying full time dance. Instantly hooked, she continued taking numerous classes each week to add to her conditioning regime with dance. During her second year or study Beth learnt even more about her body with a severe back injury. This then showed her just how special and accessible Xtend Barre is to anyone and everyone, with having to modify so much of the class (after some time off, of course!) and still getting a full body workout. After graduating, Beth completed instructor training here in Sydney and knew instantly she had to move here. Now enjoying her new life away from Adelaide, Beth can’t wait to share her passion and love for everything Xtend Barre has to offer!

I was working in a Finance job in the City of London and training for a marathon. Although I felt fit, my body was suffering from the training and I needed a stress outlet from my highly pressured job. One evening, after a long day at work, I left the office and walked straight into a yoga studio. I was instantly hooked and never looked back.
Since then, yoga has always been a steady companion. Practising all types of yoga – Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Flow, Yin – I eventually found my yoga home with Fierce Grace Yoga, London. Completing my 200-hour teacher training Yoga Alliance with Fierce Grace was a truly transformational and unforgettable experience.
In 2016 I attended my first barre class at XtendBarre London. Having no dance background I was very nervous! However, I soon noticed the results to my body – feeling toned, core strengthened, and a knowledge of ballet. I was addicted from then!
Since my experience at XtendBarre, Barre and Yoga have been of equal importance in my life. Transforming my body and mind.
I moved to Sydney in 2016 and decided to complete my Xtend Barre training and excited to be a part of the Xtend Barre Sydney family.
