Andrea has been passionate about fitness since she was a young girl. After having two children and working as a stay-at-home mom, she has found the perfect way to combine her love of movement and helping others . For over 7 years Andrea has taught everything from boot camp, HIIT, and strength training just to name a few. The opportunity to teach the XTEND program was just the change she was looking for to expand her teaching practice. Andrea is ready to help you kick start your fitness journey, meet your goals and keep you smiling the whole time!
Born and raised in Jackson, New Jersey, Kaitlyn took a beautiful leap to begin her college experience in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from SMU with a BFA in Dance Performance and is a currently dancing professionally. The foundation of Kaitlyn’s teaching practice is largely based on ballet technique, a beautiful nod to the original XTEND barre core choreography. Even if you have never danced a day in your life, Kaitlyn’s class is sure to put you in touch with your inner ballerina.
Kimberly is a huge fan of variety, and mixing things up! After becoming certified in multiple group class formats at Texas A&M, Kimberly found XTEND while growing her professional real estate career in Dallas. She will tell you that teaching at XTEND is the best side hustle a girl could ask for, offering a mix of so many challenging elements. The upbeat, fast pace of a SWEAT class is at the top of her teaching list because “Motivating you to push past your limits so you leave feeling stronger is my absolute favorite!”
After graduating with a BFA in Dance Performance, there was no stopping Lindzay! She began teaching Dance classes, dove into her Yoga practice, and started massage therapy school in Dallas. “Zay” was introduced to XTEND as a way to add extra conditioning to her Dance practice and couldn’t resist teaching it to others! She loves how it perfectly compliments her professional dance career. Her passion for movement and health motivates her to bring that energy into each class and share the love! Be ready to sweat, have a great time, and drop it low with Zay!
Lindsey found group fitness after her high school sports days ended. An instructor friend persuaded her to try a group fitness class and since that day she has never looked back. Lindsey has led group classes for 8 years and is certified in several different formats, including all of our favorites at XTEND! “There is something magical about working out with a group of like minded people, there is support, there is love and there is a whole lot of shared Sweat all in one room!”
Raven’s love of fitness blossomed while maintaining her physique throughout her own professional dance career. After completing her Pilates training through Power Pilates she discovered the XTEND method and fell in love with the variety of class types. As the XTEND Preston Hollow lead instructor, her passion for dance combined with her love for all things fitness shines bright in every class. Be ready to sweat, shake and feel it the rest of the week with Raven, y’all!
Kristin Moses aka “Mama Moses” is a Master Pilates/Fitness Instructor with over 20 years in the fitness business. Former professional Dancer turned fitness and nutrition expert, Mama Moses knows how to sculpt a beautiful body!
Hannah has had a passion for movement since a young age. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Hannah is a ACE-certified Personal Trainer, XTEND Instructor, & an Orangetheory Coach. Hannah aims to always continue growing in her teaching practice, and thrives on the opportunity to help others meet their own personal fitness goals!
